Quantum Energy Teleportation: An Introductory Review
نویسنده
چکیده
The development of techniques for manipulation of quantum information has opened the door to a variety of protocols for accomplishing unprecedented tasks. In particular, a new protocol of quantum teleportation was proposed in 2008 to achieve e¤ective energy transportation simply via local operations and classical communication without breaking any known physical laws. This is achieved by extracting zero-point energy of entangled many-body systems by local operations dependent on information obtained by a distant measurement. The concept is reviewed from an introductory viewpoint herein.

Teleportation via an Entangled Coherent Channel and Decoherence Effect on This Channel
We study an entangled two-mode coherent state within the framework of2×2-dimensional Hilbert space. We investigate the problem of quantum teleportation ofa superposition coherent state via an entangled coherent channel. By three differentmeasures with the titles ``minimum assured fidelity (MASF)”, ``average teleportationfidelity” and ``optimal fidelity (f)” we study the ...
متن کاملOptimizing Teleportation Cost in Multi-Partition Distributed Quantum Circuits
There are many obstacles in quantum circuits implementation with large scales, so distributed quantum systems are appropriate solution for these quantum circuits. Therefore, reducing the number of quantum teleportation leads to improve the cost of implementing a quantum circuit. The minimum number of teleportations can be considered as a measure of the efficiency of distributed quantum systems....
متن کاملQuantum Energy Teleportation in Spin Chain Systems
We propose a protocol of quantum energy teleportation that transports energy in spin chains to distant sites by only local operations and classical communication. The protocol uses ground-state entanglement and localized negative-energy excitation, and the energy is teleported without breaking any physical laws including causality and local energy conservation.
متن کاملQuantum Energy Teleportation by use of Ground State Entanglement of Spin Chain Systems
Entanglement opens the door to a lot of attractive quantum tasks including quantum teleportation, which teleports any unknown quantum state to distant places only by local operations and classical communication (LOCC). In this Letter, I propose a quantum energy teleportation protocol for spin chain systems, which transports energy to distant sites only by LOCC. In principle, the dissipation rat...
متن کاملElectron teleportation via Majorana bound states in a mesoscopic superconductor.
Zero-energy Majorana bound states in superconductors have been proposed to be potential building blocks of a topological quantum computer, because quantum information can be encoded nonlocally in the fermion occupation of a pair of spatially separated Majorana bound states. However, despite intensive efforts, nonlocal signatures of Majorana bound states have not been found in charge transport. ...
